Store Policies

PRODUCT POLICY
We are NOT a consignment shop.
All items of Lost & Found are the property of Lost & Found. We do not operate like a consignment shop, nor an antique dealer. We are retail with an outreach and emphasis on creative service. As such, we request please no solicitation of the store to purchase your items.

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are collected using 128-bit SSL technology to keep your confidential information safe.

We are happy to accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is free and easy to use. You can pay via credit card, e-check or directly from your bank account.

SALES TAX
A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of Indiana.

SHIPPING
We ship in stock items within 48 hours after the order is placed. Our standard method is Ground Service. Please allow 3 to 5 business days.

If an item is needed within 24 to 48 hours, we are happy to expedite shipping at additional cost. Please contact us at (812)471-7900 and we will work to accommodate your request.

Items that are personalized will be produced and shipped as specified with each individual item.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Up to $50.00 = $7.95

$50.01 to $100.00 = $10.95

$100.01 to $150.00 = $12.95

$150.01 to $200.00 = $14.95

$200.01 and over = $16.95

These rates apply to orders sent within the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, APO & FPO addresses or U.S. Territories may be subject to additional fees.

Separate orders are required for items shipping to more than one address.

SPECIAL DELIVERY POLICY
Where products indicate there is a special delivery policy, due to weight and/or size of an item, our standard shipping policy cannot apply.

With this policy, delivery and/or shipping will vary with each product.

RETURN POLICY
All custom, personalized orders are final.

If you are unsatisfied with a stock item purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange this item or give you store credit. Please return merchandise with your receipt within 14 business days.

If you need to return an item, it is helpful to re-pack the item in its original packaging (if possible). Enclose the packing slip with your receipt and follow these steps:

1. Contact us at (812)471-7900 to advise us of the return. We are available Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Central Standard Time.

2. Ship the package to:

3. We will contact you upon receipt to confirm the return has been processed.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You may track the status of your order by clicking here, after which you will be asked to enter your order number and e-mail address. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your entire order history with our online store.
